Today we release our first-ever California High School Football America Top 25 using our proprietary algorithm that we have been using for our National Top 25 since 2013.

Had Texas’ Euless Trinity not beaten De La Salle Saturday night, the Spartans would have started the season #1.  Instead, it’s the Huskies of Corona Centennial that begin the season on top of our poll that will be released every Monday.

Our first poll is dominated by teams from the southern part of the state with only De La Salle, Folsom and Grant breaking into the poll from the north.
