And then there were six.
Six teams in the High School Football America/SoCal Top 25 will play for state championships this weekend.
Not only can #1 Corona Centennial wrap-up the overall #1 ranking in the region with a win over De La Salle on Saturday in the Open Division Championship, but the Huskies will also claim the top spot in the California 25 and the National Top 25 with a victory. Should Corona Centennial lose to De La Salle, it’s possible that Mission Viejo could jump from #3 into the top spot with a win over Bellarmine in the Division I-AA championship game.
A state title for #10 Narbonne, #11 Camarillo, #19 La Mirada and #20 Citrus Hill could also mean a higher ranking when we release our final poll next Sunday
