South Carolina’s Northwestern returns to the High School Football America Top 25 this week at #25.  The Trojans began the season ranked #17, but dropped into The Other 25 after losing to South Pointe (South Carolina), ranked #22 this week, in the season opener for both teams back on August 19th.

All of this week’s movement is between #6 and #13 after #3 Mater Dei knocked-off former #6 St. John Bosco 26-21 in their Southern California showdown.  Bosco, which has only lost to #1 Bishop Gorman and #3 Mater Dei, tumbles to #13.  The Braves began the season ranked #1 in our preseason Top 25.

Mater Dei’s victory helped Colerain (Ohio), Grayson (Georgia) and St. Thomas Aquinas (Florida) to slide-up one spot to #6, #7 and #8 respectively.
