Speculation has been swirling for over a month about Oregon-recruit Seth Green leaving Minnesota’s East Ridge High School to play his senior year with the three-time national champion Allen EaglesHigh School Football America has confirmed with head coach Tom Westerberg that the four-star dual-threat QB has officially enrolled at the north Dallas school.

Prior media reports stated that Green moved to Texas because his father accepted a job transfer to the Lone Star State.  That’s pretty good timing for the Eagles, who are looking for a replacement for Kyler Murray, who’s headed to Texas A&M after leading the school to three straight state titles.

Green, who is listed as 6-4, 210 pounds, is ranked as the #5 dual-threat quarterback in 247Sports.com’s composite rankings.

Green, who’s been a three-year starter for East Ridge, led the school to a 22-9 record. Last year, Green threw for 1,643 yards and 18 touchdowns.  He also rushed for 433 yards with three scores.  East Ridge was 9-2 last season.

Allen enters 2015 with a 43 game win streak.
