Even though No. 4 Thompson and No. 7 Gardendale lost last weekend, there are no changes in the latest High School Football America Alabama Top 10, powered by NFL Play Football.

Three-time defending champ Thompson stays at No. 4 after losing its second straight game to a team ranked in the HSFA 300 national rankings. The Warriors lost to No. 22 Lipscomb Academy, the defending Tennessee Division II-AA champs.

Gardendale was nipped (31-30) by nationally-ranked Calhoun (No. 278), a state runner-up in Georgia in 2021. The Rockets are currently No. 294 in our national rankings.
