Hammond High School’s Dorsett Buckels is named the Week 1 New Orleans Saints Coach of the Week.

In the team’s season opener, the Tornadoes picked-up an impressive come-from-behind victory over reigning 2A champ Amite. Buckels, who is in his third year as Hammond’s head coach, played his high school football at Amite before going on to play for Nick Saban at LSU.
