Georgetown Prep sits at No. 7 after beating former Loyola Blakefield 22-21 in double overtime. The Dons fall a notch to No. 8 in the latest rankings created with our proprietary algorithm.
No. 2 Good Counsel suffered its first defeat of the season. The Falcons dropped a hard fought 39-31 decision to Archbishop Moeller, the No. 1 team in Ohio.
The loss drops Good Counsel to No. 14 in our national rankings, while Moeller jumps six spots to No. 12.
The Falcons will try to rebound this week when they play No. 5 Mount St. Joseph.
