Clearwater Central Catholic head coach Chris Harvey is being honored this week by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as their High School Coach of the Week. The Marauders are 5-1 after beating reigning Florida 6A champ Jesuit 23-21.
CCC is currently ranked No. 234 in the High School Football America 300 national rankings, powered by NFL Play Football.
Harvey’s team receives a grant for $2,000 from the Tampa Bay Buccaneers Foundation to help maintain and upgrade his football program.

Each week, Tampa Bay-area high school football expert, Dan Lucas from WFLA (@WFLADan) selects all nominees based on specific criteria. Fans then vote for the Buccaneers High School Coach of the Week online.
Voting starts Tuesday and ends on Thursday at 11:59 p.m. The winner is announced on Fridays and is posted on buccaneers.com/coachoftheweek.
