The Mill Creek Hawks begin their two-year stay in Georgia’s new Class 6A Region 8. With Georgia eliminating 7A under its 2024-25 realignment, announced last November, the Hawks’ new region look a lot like its old one.
The only difference is Discovery is now in the region with Buford, Central Gwinnett, Collins Hill, Dacula and Mountain View. The Hawks will play Archer, Lambert, Norcross and North Gwinnett in non-region games.
MC is coming off a 12-1 season with a No. 47 national ranking in the High School Football America 300, powered by NFL Play Football.
