Iowa City is the biggest mover in the latest High School Football America Iowa Top 10 powered by NFL Play Football. The Little Hawks jump four spots to No. 2 in the latest statewide rankings. This week City High will face No. 7 Dowling Catholic, which is off to a 1-2 start after losing to Ankeny last week.
West Des Moines Valley is up one spot to No. 3 after beating former No. 2 Urbandale 21-14 last week. Urbandale falls to No. 4 this week.
This week’s big game is a rematch of last week’s 4A championship game. Top-ranked Southeast Polk travels to No. 6 Ankeny, which beat SEP 42-14 in the 2020 title game.
