5-star quarterback Arch Manning will be playing his college football at the University of Texas. The senior-to-be at Isidore Newman High School (Louisiana) made his verbal commitment on Thursday via Twitter.

The above tweet was the first-ever on the social media platform for the grandson of Archie Manning and nephew of Peyton and Eli.
Alabama, Clemson, Georgia, LSU and Virginia were rumored to be in the running for No. 1 college football prospect in America, who heads into his senior season with over 5,700 yards passing with 72 touchdowns.
