BMO Stadium, home to Major League Soccer’s Los Angeles FC and the National Women’s Soccer League’s Angel City FC, will host the flag football competition for the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics. The 22,000-seat soccer stadium sits next to historic LA Memorial Coliseum, which, in the past, has served as the home to the NFL‘s Los Angeles Rams and Los Angeles Raiders.
Flag football will be making its Olympic debut in LA thanks to a huge push from the NFL along with the International Federations of American Football and USA Football, the national governing body of American football.
