Boston Latin beat Boston English 28-6 Thursday at Fenway Park in the 129th meeting between the two schools that hold the distinction of playing in America’s longest continuous Thanksgiving Day rivalry. Latin has dominated the series and now leads English 78-38 with 13 ties.

The game also marked the end of John McDonough‘s career as Boston Latin’s head coach. McDonough has spent 15 years as the school’s head coach.
