It’s been a fairly calm start to the 2019 South Carolina high school football season. Nine of the teams that started the season in the High School Football America South Carolina Top 10 are still there.
Three-time state champ Dutch Fork remains a solid No. 1 in the rankings that are created with our proprietary algorithm. The Silver Foxes are also ranked No. 17 in our national rankings.
Gaffney stays at No. 4 even though it lost. The Indians came very close to upsetting nationally-ranked Mallard Creek from North Carolina, which came into the game ranked No. 18 in the High School Football America 100 national rankings.
