While there were only a handful of games within the High School Football America East Region Top 25, there is a little bit of movement from our preseason rankings.

In Pennsylvania, Harrisburg’s 14-6 win over Coatesville moves the Cougars two spots to No. 10 in our latest rankings. Both teams are also ranked in the High School Football America 100 national rankings. Coatesville drops from No. 11 to No. 12.

Harrisburg will test its new ranking this weekend when it plays No. 6 Archbishop Hoban (Ohio) in an interstate showdown.

Pine-Richland moves-up one spot to No. 20 after its 21-0 win over former No. 22 Penn Hills, the state’s defending Class 5A champ. The Indians dropped-out of the rankings.

Top-ranked St. Joseph’s Prep (Pennsylvania) opens its season this weekend in Georgia. The Hawks are ranked No. 4 in the nation, while Marietta is No. 59.

No. 2 St. Joseph Regional (Montvale, New Jersey) travels to the West Coast to play No. 34 JSerra (California). St. Joe’s is ranked No. 6 in our national rankings.

No. 4 Bergen Catholic (New Jersey) will be in Florida to face No. 9 St. Thomas Aquinas. BC is ranked No. 18 in our national rankings.

No. 16 Don Bosco Prep (New Jersey) will also be on the West Coast. The Ironmen will take-on No. 2 St. John Bosco.

In Ohio, No. 3 St. Edward will square-off with No. 13 Mentor in a intra-East Regional Top 25 showdown.
