East St. Louis is the No. 1 team in the final 2024 High School Football America Illinois Top 10 high school football rankings, powered by NFL Play Football. On the nation scene, the Flyers are currently No. 20 in the HSFA 300 after winning the 6A crown.

Three-time 8A champ Loyola Academy finishes No. 2 in the statewide rankings created with our proprietary algorithm, followed by Lincoln-Way East at No. 3.

Like LA, Chicago’s Mount Carmel won its third straight title. The Caravan finish No. 4 in the Top 10 after beating Batavia for the state title.

Nazareth Academy finishes No. 5 after beating No. 6 Joliet Catholic for the Class 5A state championship.
