Longview continues its climb in the High School Football America Texas Top 25. The Lobos are eight spots to No. 11 this week after knocking-off previously unbeaten Klein Collins, which drops from No. 8 to No. 12.
The win also brought Longview into the national rankings. The Lobos are ranked No. 83 in our latest Top 100. Texas currently has twelve teams in the national rankings.

There are two big head-to-head Top 25 games this week in the Class 6A Division I quarterfinals. No. 1 Allen will face No. 8 Euless Trinity, while No. 6 and defending state champ Lake Travis plays No. 20 San Antonio O’Connor.
In Class 6A Division II, No. 10 Midway will square-off with new Top 25’er Southlake Carroll, which breaks into the rankings at No. 23 this week.
Defending state champ Highland Park, currently ranked No. 22, plays No. 25 Lake Ridge in the 5A Division II quarters.
