Two-time defending Texas state champ Westlake, ranked No. 2 in the nation, runs its win streak to 34 straight with a 63-21 win over No. 61 Lake Travis in theHigh School Football America 100 Game of the Week powered by NFL Play Football. By winning the “Battle of the Lakes,” the Chaps captures the District 26-6A championship.

The other game involving two Top 100 teams was in Maryland where No. 71 DeMatha shutout No. 73 Good Counsel 28-0 for second place in the Washington Catholic Athletic Conference. The arch-rivals will also meet next week in the WCAC playoffs.
