No. 9 Crown Point’s 46-13 win over No. 10 Merrillville knocks the Pirates out of the statewide rankings.
Lawrence North makes its first appearance of the year in the Top 10 at No. 10.
As far as the week ahead, No. 4 Cathedral, which lost to Ohio’s St. Xavier last week, plays No. 5 Bishop Chatard in the only head-to-head in the Top 10.
No. 7 Carmel has a big interstate game against Kentucky-power Trinity, which was handed its first defeat of the year last week by No. 3 Center Grove.
