The West Rebels are now back-to-back Tennessee high school football champs. Friday, Knoxville’s West High beat Page 24-19 for the Class 5A title at Finley Stadium on the campus of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. It was the second year in a row that the school’s battle for the crown.
