For the second time in three years, Lewis Central is Iowa’s 4A high school football champ. In a battle of two teams in the High School Football America Iowa Top 10 high school football rankings, powered by NFL Play Football, the Titans beat Western Dubuque 40-21 inside the UNI-Dome.
