Liberty Christian scored on the first play from scrimmage and never looked back in the battle of unbeatens for Virginia’s Class 3 high school football championship. LCA quarterback Tyler Jackson completed a 53-yard pass to Dalton Nesselrotte to start the ball rolling toward a 42-6 win over Kettle Run at Liberty University.

The win gives Liberty Christian back-to-back state championships.
