Colorado is the ninth state to move high school football to 2021. Tuesday afternoon, the Colorado High School Activities Association announced that the season will be moved to next year with practices starting on February 22.
The CHSAA has set March 4 as the start of a seven-game regular season. The postseason will end with the championships being played May 8.
The other states that have moved high school football to next year are: California, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New Mexico, Virginia and Washington.
