The Mart Panthers are now a three-time defending Texas high school football champ. Thursday, Mart beat Hamlin 25-20 to capture the Texas Class 2A Division II state title at AT&T Stadium.
The Mart defense forced four turnovers, including a Pick-6.

Mart now owns eight overall state championships, which ties them with Aledo, Celina, Katy and Southlake Carroll for the most 11-man state titles in the Lone Star State.
