Four new teams enter the latest High School Football America New Jersey Top 25 this week. Leading the way is defending North 2 Group V champ North Hunterdon, which comes in a No. 21. Sayreville comes in a No. 22, followed by Toms River North at No. 23 and Linden at No. 25.

This weekend is a big one for the top four teams in the rankings that are created with our proprietary algorithm.

Friday night, No. 1 Bergen Catholic takes on No. 4 St. Peter’s Prep. On Saturday, No. 2 DePaul hosts No. 3 St. Joseph Regional (Montvale). Last year, St. Joe’s won the regular season meeting and then lost to DePaul in the Non-Public Group 3 state championship game.

All four teams are currently ranked in the High School Football America 100 rankings.
