Chaminade-Madonna continues is Florida Class 1A reign. Wednesday night, at South Dade Kia Field at Pitbull Stadium at Florida International University in Miami, the Lions, ranked No. 15 in the High School Football America 300, powered by NFL Play Football, roared by No. 42 Clearwater Central Catholic 42-7 for their fourth straight state championship.

Tyler Chance tossed three touchdown passes in the victory.

The game marked C-M’s ninth straight state championship game appearance. They are now 7-2 in those games.
