Reigning Texas Class 6A Division II champ Cy-Fair saw its 19-game win streak snapped Thursday night with a 14-7 loss to Cypress Falls (6-0 overall). The Bobcats entered the game ranked No. 70 in the High School Football America 100.

Cypress Falls moves to the top of the District 17-6A standing with a 4-0 record. It was the first district loss for Cy-Fair (4-1 overall, 2-1 17-6A) since September 22, 2016.
