Louisville’s Trinity High School (13-2) added to its incredible Kentucky high school football legacy Saturday by capturing the school’s 29th high school football championship. The Shamrocks, ranked No. 80 in the High School Football America 300 national rankings, powered by NFL Play Football, beat Ryle 42-23 for the Class 6A championship.

Sophomore QB quarterback Zane Johnson was named the game’s MVP after throwing for 195 yards and two touchdowns.
