Defending Missouri Class 6 state champ Christian Brothers College moved to 3-0 Thursday night with a 49-7 win over Chaminade. The Cadets, who broke into the High School Football America 100 national rankings Sunday at No. 98, were led by running back/linebacker Elijah Robinson, who ran for 204 yards, plus recorded a couple of sacks.

University of Miami (Ohio)-recruit Brett Gabbert, brother of Tennessee Titans quarterback Blaine Gabbert threw for 204 yards and three touchdowns.

It was the second week in a row that Chaminade (1-2) faced a defending state champ. Last week, the Red Devils lost to Illinois 5A state champ Phillips Academy, ranked No. 67 in the latest HSFA 100.
