Three weeks ago, I re-tweeted a Twitter video of Noah Brown, a freshman-to-be in the Cumberland Valley High School (Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania) football program. The video was of the 8th grader working-out with hay bales on his parents’ farm. That video, which you can watch below, received over 50,000 views.
Today #highschoolfootball sharing is for our the student-athlete followers. Show us the workouts you’re doing at home and we’ll share them with the world.

New Cumberland Valley head coach Josh Oswalt then joined me on our podcast to talk about how his players were being creative with their workouts on Twitter.

With Noah (his twitter handle is @Pancakes_Daily), coming-up with different hay bale workouts, almost weekly, I decided to invite him on the podcast. You can listen to our chat about his unique workout.
