Plymouth quarterback Brandon Roy threw a 15-yard TD pass to Garrett Macomber with 16 seconds to go in the game that gave the Bobcats a 27-24 win over Bow in the Division II state championship game. It was just Roy’s second pass of the game.
In addition to the game-winning touchdown catch, Macomber ran the ball 31 times for 179 yards and two touchdowns.
The state title was the 24th overall for Plymouth, which finished 10-2 this season. Bow finishes 9-3 overall.
