Our partners at scoutSMART knows that these are unusual times for high school football with many states, counties and schools canceling the fall season, which makes it more difficult to be recruited. Many players will not get exposure, produce stats, or even have Hudl video highlights.
College football coaches are now leveraging technology to recruit, since they cannot travel or host camps.
scoutSMART is doing what it can to support its community – the recruits and the coaches — by developing a 6-week online program, called Pivot to Play, that will provide hands-on mentoring to help players navigate the recruiting process.

The Pivot to Play program will help participants develop a recruiting plan, receive guidance on how to create video highlights, and role play an online call with a college coach. Program speakers will share the importance of character, academics, and social media with the student-athletes.
