The South Dakota High School Activities Association has released its 2024 master schedule for high school football.

The ’24 season will begin for the state’s smaller schools (11B, 9AA, 9A and 9B) on August 22-24. The regular season will finish October 18 with the playoffs beginning the following weekend.

Classes 11AAA, 11AA and 11A open the weekend of August 29-31. The postseason will begin October 31-November 2.

The 2024 state championships will be played in the DakotaDome in Vermillion November 14-16.
