After a month-and-a-half delay due to the coronavirus, defending Class 6 champ De Smet finally took the field Saturday. The Spartans walked away with an impressive 41-21 victory over arch-rival Christian Brothers College. The two schools entered the game ranked No. 1 and No. 2 in the latest High School Football America Missouri Top 10 statewide rankings.
