It’s time for the state quarterfinals with two big head-to-head matchups this weekend inside the High School Football America Utah Top 10 high school football rankings, powered by NFL Play Football.
In 6A quarters, No. 2 Lone Peak faces No. 10 Fremont. The winner of that one gets the winner of No. 3 Skyridge/Davis. On the other side of the bracket, No. 1 Corner Canyon, the reigning 6A champ, squares-off with Weber. The winner gets the winner of No. 4 Lehi and American Fork.
Reigning 5A champ Timpview will play No. 6 Orem in the 5A quarters. Back on October 16, Timpview beat the Tigers 35-21 for the 5A Region 7 championship.
