Winner wins back-to-back South Dakota 11B high school football championships

Winner High School lived-up to its name for the second straight year. The Warriors beat Bridgewater-Emery/Ethan 40-8 in Friday’s 11B State Championship.

Aiden Barfuss was named the game’s MVP. He ran for 126 yards and a touchdown.

Winner has now won back-to-back state titles and four state championships in the last ten years. It was the third straight year that these two played for the 11B state championship.
