Winslow Township shutout Phillipsburg 35-0 Wednesday night at Rutgers University’s SHI Stadium to earn the school’s first-ever high school football state championship. The Group 4 title caps a 14-0 season for Winslow.

The loss was the second in the last six days for P’burg, which lost to arch-rival Easton (Pennsylvania) on Thanksgiving. The Stateliners finish 11-3.
