Lake Travis picked-up a quality win last week, which moves the Cavaliers from No. 12 to No. 11 in the latest High School Football America Texas Top 25 high school football rankings, powered by NFL Play Football. The Cavs beat Cibolo Steele 41-16 in a battle of unbeatens. The loss drops the Knights one spot to No. 12.
Texas High makes its first-ever appearance in the Texas Top 25. The Tiger sit at No. 19 after beating reigning Arkansas 7A champ Fayetteville 55-54. The win also moves the Tigers into the HSFA 300 national rankings at No. 170.
In addition to Texas HS, Dripping Springs and Prosper also enter the statewide rankings at No. 24 and No. 25 respectively.
