Finishing #2 in our final poll is Modesto Central Catholic, which won its fourth consecutive California championship over the weekend when it captured the CIF Small School Open Division title. Rounding-out the Top 5 — Canadian (Texas) at #3, Southern Columbia (Pennsylvania) at #4 and Coldwater (Ohio) at #5.
