Nationally-ranked Saint Louis, ranked No. 46 in the High School Football America 100 and No. 1 in the State of Hawaii, will play in its third straight Open Division championship game next Saturday. Friday night, the two-time defending state champion Crusaders beat Kahuku 49-22.
The victory was the 27th straight for the Crusaders.
Tonight’s win gives Saint Louis the three longest winning streaks in history, passing ’00-’02 Kahuku. Up next, Cal Lee’s 95-97 teams.
