Cumberland Valley (Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania) head coach Josh Oswalt is very impressed with how his players have responded to his challenge of making sure they continue to workout while we all social distance during the coronavirus pandemic. Oswalt challenged his players to get creative with their workouts, which has resulted in some cool videos and pictures.

The most notable have involved hay bales.

On today’s High School Football America Podcast, Oswalt, who is an alum of the school, talks about the workouts and getting ready for his first year as the head coach of the Eagles.

Over the last four years, Oswalt led Central York to a 30-13 record. Prior to that, Oswalt was the head coach at Carlisle High School for six years.

Cumberland Valley owns 13 District 3 championships.
