Mark Freeman has built Thompson High School into an Alabama state power that makes regular appearances in the High School Football America national rankings powered by NFL Play Football.
Last year, Freeman led Thompson to its third straight 7A Alabama high school football state title, finishing No. 14 in the High School Football America 100. In 2020, the Warriors finished No. 2 in the national rankings.
