Catholic (New Iberia) quarterback Luke Landry earned the Louisiana Division III Select Outstanding Player of the Game award after leading his team to a state championship Friday at Caesars Superdome, home of the New Orleans Saints. Landry threw for 288 yards and two touchdowns in the Panthers 31-28 win over Dunham.
The state title is the first for the school since 2017.
