Gardner Edgerton tops final 2023 HSFA Kansas Top 5 high school football rankings

For the first time ever, Gardner Edgerton finishes a season ranked No. 1 in the High School Football America Kansas Top 5 high school football rankings, powered by NFL Play Football. The past season, the Trailblazers captured the 6A state title, the first football championship in school history.

6A runner-up Derby finishes No. 2, followed by Manhattan.

5-time state champ Mill Valley finishes No. 4 after capturing another 5A title. 4A champ St. Thomas Aquinas rounds-out the Top 5 at No. 5.
