Medina moves into the statewide rankings at No. 16. Next-up for Medina in the Division I playoffs is No. 20 St. Ignatius.

The Medina/St. Ignatius Region 1 semifinal matchup is one of four head-to-head Top 25 matchups this week.
In the Division I Region 2 semifinals, No. 8 Dublin Coffman faces No. 18 Olentangy Liberty and No. 13 Northmont squares-off with No. 16 Springfield. No. 5 St. Xavier will play No. 10 Elder in the Division I Region 4 semis.
In addition to Medina entering the rankings, Walsh Jesuit is new to the statewide rankings at No. 25.
