The fourth time was the charm for the Duncanville. Saturday night, the Panthers, ranked No. 11 in the High School Football America 300 national rankings, powered by NFL Play Football, beat No. 7 North Shore 28-21 for the school’s first-ever state title.
The Duncanville snapped their losing streak against the Houston-area school in the Class 6A Division I championship game. Prior to Saturday night at AT&T Stadium, home of the Dallas Cowboys, the Panthers had lost to North Shore in three of the last four championship games.
The only score in the second half was also the game-winner. It was a TD run by Cadem Duram.
COUNT IT UP, CADEN DURAM!!!!!!!!!
