DeSoto captured its second Texas high school football championship Saturday with a 42-17 win over Vandegrift at AT&T Stadium, home of the Dallas Cowboys. The Eagles entered the game ranked No. 19 in the High School Football America 300 national rankings, powered by NFL Play Football. The Vipers were ranked No. 66.
