No. 35 Northwestern overcame a 14-point deficit in the third quarter to defeat rival Miami Central, ranked No. 18 in the High School Football America 100, 30-20 Friday night.
Central took a 14-0 lead on the first play of the second half on a 65-yard touchdown pass to Chamon Metayer.

Northwestern then scored 23 unanswered points to take the lead they never gave up.
