Miami Northwestern is looking for its eighth overall Florida high school football championship Saturday night when the Bulls faces Raines, looking for its first state championship since 2018.

Northwestern, coached by former NFL quarterback Teddy Bridgewater, is currently ranked No. 44 in the High School Football America 300 national rankings, powered by NFL Play Football. Bridgewater, who retired at the end of the 2023 NFL season, played for a state championship as the school’s quarterback in 2008.

Raines enters the game ranked No. 110 in our national rankings.
