Three-time Connecticut high school football state champ St. Joseph is the No. 1 team in the final 2019 High School Football America Connecticut Top 10 created with our proprietary algorithm. The Cadets beat Hand 17-13 Saturday for the state’s Class M title after capturing a Class S title in 2017 and a Class M title last year.
